Job Title: Cashier Services Supervisor

Cashier Services Supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of casino services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage patron accounts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity across all transactions.
  • Oversight of operations with a focus on maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide the cashier team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cash handling environment.
  • Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching teams.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligible to obtain a casino key employee license.
