Job Title

The role of Dean is a vital position within our institution, responsible for providing academic leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve academic excellence and enhance student outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to academic staff to maintain teaching excellence and promote student success.
Academic Quality
  • Ensure that academic programs comply with relevant standards and benchmarks, and develop quality assurance frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare the institution for regulatory audits and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Staff Management and Performance
  • Oversee recruitment, induction, professional development, and appraisal of academic staff.
  • Monitor performance and manage underperformance in a fair and transparent manner.
