The successful candidate will lead a small team responsible for crafting high-quality communications that resonate with diverse audiences, leveraging a range of channels to maximize impact.
This role requires a creative approach, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for best practice in communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate strategic communication campaigns that meet Council objectives.
- Lead a small team and oversee communications workflow, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Provide strategic communications advice to business units, driving engagement and awareness across the organization.
- Oversee the development of key communications tools, including a quarterly publication and monthly e-newsletter.
- Ensure compliance with Council brand and style guidelines.
