We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager who shows initiative, has a high degree of professionalism and great interpersonal skills to manage and grow with your team of inspiring passionate committed educators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the centre including staffing rosters enrolment processes marketing initiatives centre events and internal communications.
  • Foster strong respectful and collaborative relationships with children families and the broader community to build trust engagement and a sense of belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks supporting the centre to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Children's Services.
  • 3-5 years of management/leadership experience.
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and Children Service Regulations.
  • Nominated/Certified Supervisor Certificate.
  • Current Working with Children's Check or VIT Registered First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
  • A strong understanding of Child Safe Standards and a demonstrated commitment to child safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
