**Event Coordinator Role**
As an event coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing football events. This will include planning, coordinating, and executing professional football scouting events.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event management or a related field, strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, and knowledge of football scouting and coaching rules, regulations, and community engagement practices.
Responsibilities will include collaborating with scouts, coaches, and sponsors to ensure all logistical needs are met, managing event budgets and timelines effectively, coordinating with vendors for equipment rental, catering, and other necessary services, promoting events through social media and community outreach to maximize participation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols during events, and gathering feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.
Additionally, this role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules, and proficiency in using event management software or tools is advantageous.
