IT Support Specialist Opportunity
This is an exciting role for a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
The key requirements for this position include:
- Certificate IV in Information Technology or similar qualification.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong experience with Windows 10, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and mobile device management.
- Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
- Current National Police Check.
A pre-employment health assessment will be required for this position.
