Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Lead to drive innovation and success in our eCom trading division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering digital excellence across web and app platforms, boosting traffic and conversion rates.

  • Create and implement a best-in-class digital experience, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Lead the eCommerce strategy, developing and executing plans that meet or exceed targets, while designing and executing our Online & Customer calendar.
  • Prioritize digital innovation, focusing on personalization, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to increase digital traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rate. You will lead a high-performing team using data to create engaging customer journeys and content. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of eCom experience in a high-trading, large retail business, with expertise in eCom trading, SEO, UX, CRO, and content.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years eCom experience in a high trading, large retail business
  • Proven expertise in eCom trading (esp. automated, data-driven, dynamic, always-on digital merchandising), SEO, UX, CRO, and content
  • Previous experience leading large teams (direct and cross-functional)
