Job Opportunity: Senior OT Engineering Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OT Engineering Consultant to join our National OT Team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of advanced industrial automation solutions, leveraging expertise in SCADA, PLC, and secure networked control systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting mission-critical systems across a range of industries. Key responsibilities include leading client consultations, architecting and developing high-quality OT solutions, ensuring project delivery meets high standards of quality, security, and timeliness, providing ongoing technical support and mentorship within the team, and championing a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced understanding of network design and configuration, including legacy protocols
  • Experience with virtualisation platforms and hypervisor architecture
  • Proficiency in Windows domain services, DNS, patching, and account management
  • Strong knowledge of firewall configuration and OS hardening principles

  • Technically driven with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex engineering environments
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
