Digital Defect Resolution Specialist

A key role is available for an experienced professional to support the resolution of defects across testing and delivery.
You would be a crucial voice in ensuring processes are adhered to, good information is captured in bugs/defects, and things are tracked to completion.
Transparent and timely information on defects will be provided in detail and for reporting across different dimensions/aggregation for the program.
Collaboration with the Internal Test Team, Delivery teams, PMO, and other leaders is essential.
The ideal candidate will have good experience with JIRA, workflow and process management, queries, dashboards, extracting data (for generating reports), excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to present to different audience levels.
Able to turn data into information and drive actions to resolve issues. Process and tool uplift as required.
