Job Title: Group Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Operations Manager to lead our team of passionate professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the performance of our group, implementing plans in line with our strategic direction, and ensuring efficient and effective operations.

This is a leadership opportunity that focuses on coaching, mentoring, and elevating teams. You will oversee 7 high-volume venues across the group, guiding 30-80 staff per location and playing a pivotal role in performance, engagement, and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and inspiring a diverse team of senior leaders across a multi-venue portfolio
  • Identifying new opportunities for innovation, margin growth, and service elevation
  • Setting standards and objectives for different venues and departments
  • Oversight of operations to ensure efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in multi-site leadership within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotel compliance, OH&S, and relevant metrics
  • Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
