Full-Time Culinary Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Full-Time Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including stock ordering and menu development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for creating delicious, expertly prepared food, while maintaining a high level of organization and hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of our restaurant's concepts and menus, and leading by example in the back of house.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant qualifications, a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a high-volume kitchen, and strong communication skills with a growth mindset. You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and have previous experience in a gastro pub-style venue.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including stock ordering and menu development
  • Create delicious, expertly prepared food that meets our high standards
  • Maintain a high level of organization and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our restaurant's concepts and menus
  • Lead by example in the back of house, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications
