This is a full-time position reporting to the DFR Team Lead - Medical Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to work in a supportive team while making a meaningful contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and managing appointments
- Coordinating logistics with healthcare professionals
- Providing administrative support to keep the clinic running efficiently
Requirements:
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical admin setting
- A current Working With Children Check
- Australian citizenship (essential for obtaining an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance)
