What We Are Looking For

You have:

  • A proven track record in sales and/or customer service, driven by a passion for education and helping others.
  • Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection with clients.
  • A proven ability to meet KPIs or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline.
  • Attention to detail and a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate customer data.
  • The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.

Onboarding and Training

You will receive:

  • A comprehensive remote onboarding process completed over your first 3 days.
  • 2 weeks of shadowing an experienced colleague to help you hit the ground running.
  • Ongoing support and training from your Team Leader and Sales Training team.
