  • Strategically drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises.
  • Coach and mentor our team of business bankers to drive profitability and market share.

About the Role

This is a high-profile region with lots of opportunities for growth and development.

As a Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our SME Business Banking team across New South Wales for the Westpac Group.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and change in the business landscape across Australia.

This role requires a seasoned business banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching.

You must be commercially focused and risk astute, with a good understanding of the financial services market and a deep knowledge of business credit.

You will be a natural people-person with an impressive track record in driving business performance and living a customer-centric culture.
