About the Role:
- Accountable for regional leadership across people, customer and overall business performance.
- Accountable for regional safety performance and keeping all team members, customers and contractors safe.
- Responsible for regional customer (insurer) engagement & reporting on all performance related matters.
- Accountable for Regional Profitability and Operational excellence.
- Accountable for adherence and compliance to process.
- Responsible for the development and local training of team members within the region whilst supporting national training initiatives.
- Support strategic sourcing and key partnership initiatives (incl parts strategy & paint programs).
About You:
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
- Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
- Clear communicator who sets direction and brings out the best in others.
- Must have experience managing a repair business at a multi-site or regional level.
- Sound understanding of P&L and comfortable discussing performance metrics.
- Proficient in using Microsoft products and technology savvy.
- Qualifications in management/leadership will be highly regarded
- Strong planner with a drive for results and a positive, motivating attitude.
- Trade qualifications in relevant field will be highly regarded.
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
