Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to individual students' needs and abilities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress through ongoing assessments, quizzes, and exams.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them grow and improve.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Relevant teaching certification or license.
  • Proven experience working as a Secondary School Teacher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a safe learning environment.
  • Possession of a passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
