Typical tasks and duties include conducting customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services, assisting in preparing field-based quotes for customers, recording notes and filing service records properly, providing high-level customer service and support, accessing industry-leading training and development, maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge, staying informed about industry trends, new products, and services, partnering with us to maximize additional sales and services.

Qualifications include prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician (highly regarded but not essential), ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and good communication and customer service skills.
