Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Materials Handling Team Member to join our team at our Kwinana site in Western Australia. The successful candidate will operate forklifts within a warehouse facility, as well as state-of-the-art high-speed cement and lime packaging equipment.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role on a weekly rotating roster, alternating morning and afternoon shifts. Mornings are from 5:30am to 1:30pm and afternoons from 1:30pm to 9:30pm, Monday to Friday only.

As a Materials Handling Team Member, you will be responsible for safely and correctly operating mobile plant and/or heavy equipment, ensuring adequate stock holding across the operation for consumables and finished products, liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure customer orders are met, undertaking housekeeping, basic maintenance, and general labor duties, and reporting incidents and hazards to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A High Risk Work Licence – LF
  • SAP, LDMS, & AMPLA experience is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in operating mobile plant and/or heavy equipment
  • Ability to operate state-of-the-art high-speed automated equipment
  • Safe operation of a forklift to load packaged materials onto customer vehicles
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
