The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Match and mix paint to specified colour requirements to ensure a good colour match for customers.
  • Maintain the colour mixing room and colour swatches.
  • Lead the team to achieve daily goals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous automotive repair experience and experience in Vehicle Spray Painting or Colour Mixing.
  • Ability to follow processes and adopt new ideas.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A clean and organised workspace.
  • Contribution to a positive work environment for both team members and customers.
