Executive Culinary Director

About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience.
Job Description:
As our Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to our menu. You will ensure consistent and high-quality food presentation, maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, manage and train kitchen staff as required, monitor food stock and place orders as needed, and adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher, OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a chef in a reputable restaurant
- Comprehensive knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
