Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and player-focused Game Designer to join our team. This role will involve designing champion kits, content to challenge champions, and owning the implementation of designs through Python scripting.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game design principles and be able to build and iterate on player-facing content that complements existing game systems.

They will also thrive in small team environments, creating high-quality player experiences from limited resources.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to convey concepts to remote and interdisciplinary teammates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in game design
  • Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on player-facing content that complements existing game systems
  • Able to integrate feedback from leads and peers into rapid iteration cycles without losing sight of player goals
  • Thrives in small team environments, creating high-quality player experiences from limited resources
  • Strong implementation skills, able to prototype and build content with sustainable, production-ready execution
