Job Title: Composite Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manufacture molds using wet lay-up technique with dry fabric and 2-part Epoxy resin.
  • Perform modifications on released or OEM composite parts.
  • Repair composite parts under supervision.
  • Develop and implement process improvements in collaboration with senior technicians.
  • Train junior technicians to enhance quality workmanship.
  • Assist senior technicians in meeting production targets.
  • Manufacture and assemble shower assemblies.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and assemblies.
  • Ability to handle aerospace composite materials and tools.
  • Understanding of oven techniques and cure cycles.
  • Able to perform all composite technician requirements on production part 21G.
  • Experience in similar aviation business.
  • Composite technician education or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong team player with high flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in English.
