Corporate Tax Advisory Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned tax advisory professional to provide strategic guidance to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and assistance with taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
  • Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, IPO readiness and prospectus.
  • Contribute to client engagements, including regular contact, attending presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
