Senior Tax Advisor Role

As a seasoned tax professional, you will play a pivotal role in advising on major deals, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and risk management.

This challenging opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in tax structuring, compliance, and business partnering to drive impact.

  • Operate as a trusted advisor for commercial and finance teams, providing strategic tax guidance on projects, transactions, and contracts.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies, collaborating with the Senior Manager and/or Head of Tax to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage tax structuring, due diligence, and compliance deliverables, including income tax returns, PAYG instalments, and R&D tax incentive claims.
  • Support the review and lodgement of Direct Tax compliance documents, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external tax advisors and service providers to maintain optimal relationships and ensure compliance obligations are met effectively.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing knowledge and best practices with junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
