Equipment Reliability Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our team as a Condition Monitoring Technician. The primary workplace will be in and around the Mt Holland concentrator where you will be executing required condition monitoring activities within our health, safety, environmental, HR, and asset management policies.
The successful candidate will participate actively in establishing a culture of health and safety and contribute to proactive maintenance plans, tactics, and safe work instructions. They will also develop and implement vibration, lubrication and thermography based predictive maintenance programs including on-site data collection, analysis and recommendations for rotating equipment.
The role requires effective working relationships with the supervisor, team members and other departments and stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a strong focus on collaboration and communication to achieve outstanding results.
Job Requirements- Minimum 5 years fixed plant maintenance experience.
- Experience in vibration analysis and associated software.
- Relevant Trade qualification and Certificate III in Condition Monitoring.
- Current WA C class drivers license.
