Enterprise Business Development Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in supporting key enterprise accounts in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in medical technology and healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional sales team of account managers
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual growth targets
  • Negotiate and manage key customer partnerships
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and challenges
  • Manage sales forecasts and track performance against targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior sales, marketing or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven experience in managing a team of sales professionals
  • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent negotiation skills
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office suite of software
