Business Manager Cloud Job

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to drive success in our Microsoft Cloud business.

This is a key management role where you will lead multiple sales teams and have dotted line responsibility for resources across marketing, services, support, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a business plan aligned with Microsoft's strategy, prioritizing profit maximization.
  • Provide clear direction to sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams on Microsoft engagement.
  • Utilize data sources to manage performance against Key Performance Indicators.
  • Foster a forward-looking approach, conducting QBRs and vendor operational interlocks.
  • Identify opportunities to boost sales and expand share of wallet.
  • Collaborate with global teams to introduce innovative solutions.
  • Nurture strong relationships with Microsoft and key partners.
  • Oversee revenue outcomes while managing a group of Cloud technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification preferred.
  • Minimum High School certificate required.
  • Diploma in IT or Cloud/related field highly regarded.
  • At least 6 years' experience in IT distribution as a Channel Sales Manager or high-performing outbound Business Development Manager.
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills, with leadership and guidance experience.
  • Understanding of managing a Vendor-level P&L, supported by the Finance team.
  • Appropriate vendor product sales certifications.
  • Familiarity with the channel business and existing reseller partner relationships.
