National Assessing Operations Director

This role involves overseeing the design and delivery of assessing control models to maximize performance, support scalability, and address root causes of issues identified. The position also requires delivering against operational expense plans and maintaining the effectiveness of partnerships through ongoing oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver assessing control for event management.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver technical training and provide toolkits to support capability build.
- Maintain strong engagement across leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience, preferably in financial services, including multi-site management.
- Proven ability to understand customer feedback and address root causes by balancing CX, SX, EX, and BX requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of repair methods (OEM & Thatcham/Escribe) and AQA/leakage measurement methodology.
- Demonstrated customer experience skills.
