About the Role

Woodside is seeking a key member to support contracting, procurement, tax and business stakeholders by ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, supplier data integrity, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role serves as a central point of contact for delivering high-quality services and guidance across the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication and data validation.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier information in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to supplier and internal stakeholder queries related to supplier maintenance, invoices and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, risk management protocols, and SOX controls.
  • Contribute to the full end-to-end procure to pay process, from supplier onboarding to invoice receipt to payment execution.
Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum 5-year background in supply chain or Accounts Payable.
  • High accuracy in data validation and invoice processing.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse internal and external business networks.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Able to respond promptly and professionally to supplier and internal stakeholder queries.
  • Uphold Procure to Pay process compliance.
  • Familiarity with SOX and risk management protocols.
