About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist.

This full-time position requires you to be proactive, have excellent communication skills and the confidence to negotiate with customers and suppliers across multiple industries.

You will also need to be organized, self-sufficient and resourceful to manage a variety of tasks and day-to-day requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Source products as required to meet client specifications
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, stock availability and lead times
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to improve sales efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our CRM system
  • Coordinate freight collection and ensure timely dispatch of goods
  • Work closely with brand partners to resolve service-related issues and escalate any unresolved matters
  • Manage inventory-related functions to ensure smooth account management
  • Collaborate with project managers to coordinate logistics and inventory

About You

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual who can bring:

  • Clear, concise and professional communication skills
  • Proven experience in administration and supply chain management
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Supply chain experience is desirable but not essential
