Work with us as an Analyst to improve our human resources and safety systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving compliance-focused employment practices through the use of various data-driven tools across the organization.
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and optimize our HR and HSE systems, including Kronos, Chris21, and Evotix. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring data integrity, user access, workflow optimization, and pay compliance through effective rules configurations. You will also lead our HR analytics and reporting initiatives, providing technical support and training to key users on system functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Kronos timekeeping system, ensuring accurate data and efficient user experience
  • Review and resolve timesheet exceptions and discrepancies for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs
  • Ensure payroll systems meet award conditions and legislative requirements
  • Provide technical assistance and training to key users on Kronos functionalities
  • Develop and analyze data reports to drive business insights
  • Implement governance framework for pay and compliance assurance
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR and HSE compliance
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and HSE teams for compliance and data management needs
  • Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Code of Practice, Regulations, policies, and contracts accurately
  • Support integration projects across HR, Payroll, and HSE systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administering a time-and-attendance system, including rules configuration (Kronos knowledge highly regarded)
  • Background working within HR and/or Payroll functions
  • Demonstrable skills in interpreting and applying statutory requirements
  • Experience in HSE coordination
  • Strong proficiency in HR reporting tools, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Power BI desirable)
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline
