Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Officer to join our finance team at REO Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing critical billing processes, funding transactions, and related support activities for designated business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fee setups, rate adjustments, and the generation of monthly billing and statements for assigned business units.
  • Reconcile funding statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure alignment with billing streams and relevant documentation.
  • Handle direct debits, process rejections, and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize bad debts.
  • Address and resolve billing queries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Generate and distribute debt collection letters, as well as manage collections for overdue accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with documented revenue processes, government funding reconciliations, and internal business rules.
  • Maintain efficient administrative processes to support the smooth operation of the finance department.
  • Proactively communicate with managers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the finance department's goals by delivering timely and accurate financial reporting.
