Small Business Lending Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to fill the role of Small Business Lending Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in sales and customer relationships to leverage their skills in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our portfolio of small business customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and action Salesforce opportunities, national leads, and lending requests for small business customers.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and approve loan requests within designated limits.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to less experienced team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Additionally, you will be accountable for managing customer complaints and escalations until resolution is reached.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
