Residential Valuer Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Residential Valuers to join our dynamic team in Canberra. You will be exposed to significant valuation assignments that shape investment decisions and cutting-edge technology.

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, providing expert advice on residential property valuations.
  • Conduct accurate and independent valuations of residential properties, taking into account industry standards and client requirements.
  • Complete thorough site inspections and detailed property assessments to ensure comprehensive valuation reports.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work, as well as strong analytical skills, numerical/financial acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation Services: Provide expert advice on residential property valuations, conduct site inspections, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports.

Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in property valuation methods.

Requirements:

Qualifications: RPV or CPV qualification is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, numerical/financial acumen, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
