Residential Valuer Opportunities

We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team in Canberra as Residential Valuers. This role offers a dynamic and supportive environment where expertise can flourish.

To succeed in this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with key clients by providing expert advice on residential property valuations
  • Conducting accurate and independent valuations of residential properties
  • Completing site inspections and detailed property assessments
  • Preparing comprehensive valuation reports that meet industry standards and client requirements

You will work closely with the valuation team to:

  • Share market knowledge and insights
  • Improve valuation methodologies and approaches
  • Stay current with property market trends and dynamics

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct site inspections and detailed property assessments
- Complete financial analysis of comparable sales data
- Develop and maintain databases of comparable sales data
- Prepare reports that meet all necessary IVS / API / IFRS reporting requirements

Required Skills:
- CPV Qualified
- Property Valuation Industry Knowledge
