Residential Valuation Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Valuer to join our dynamic team in Canberra. As a Residential Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and independent valuations of residential properties.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key clients, providing expert advice, and completing site inspections and detailed property assessments.

You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive valuation reports that meet industry standards and client requirements, as well as staying current with property market trends and dynamics.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical skill set, numerical/financial acumen, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting accurate and independent valuations of residential properties
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, providing expert advice
  • Completing site inspections and detailed property assessments
  • Preparing comprehensive valuation reports that meet industry standards and client requirements
  • Staying current with property market trends and dynamics
Requirements:
  • RPV or CPV Qualified
  • Knowledge of property valuation industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Numerical/financial acumen
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Confident user of Word and Excel
  • Able to pick up and learn internal systems and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
