Job Title:

The Site Quality Supervisor role is an essential position within site operations, overseeing the implementation of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality System Implementation: Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive quality system that aligns with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions to prevent defects and errors.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with site supervisors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality activities.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the site installation team to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with quality standards, customer requirements, and schedules.
  • Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing to verify adherence to quality plans and ensure that all QA/QC activities are performed efficiently.
  • Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Qualification and Training: Ensure qualification of welders and inspectors and maintain related documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Site Audits and Inspections: Conduct site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
