Job Opportunity:

As a field operations leader, you will be responsible for directing daily geophysical surveys across the country.

This is a leadership role at the forefront of exploration, where you will oversee survey crews, ensure data quality, and deliver projects efficiently and safely.

  • Direct and supervise daily field activities, ensuring safety, productivity, and team cohesion.
  • Develop and execute survey plans by translating project designs into practical workflows.
  • Ensure high-quality data through rigorous QA/QC processes to meet company standards.
  • Drive safety and compliance by conducting regular risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Communicate effectively between the field crew and Project Manager, keeping projects on schedule and clients informed.
  • Mentor and support crew members, fostering teamwork, engagement, and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geophysics or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' field experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in remote environments.
  • Commitment to a safety-first culture and high-quality data delivery.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to changing field conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-focused professionalism.
