Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service as you get to know your customers and their circumstances to find the right solutions for their needs.
- Provide consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
- Eagerness to understand and share what makes our organisation different
- Understanding of financials and business performance
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
