
Program Facilitator for Young Adults

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Facilitator. As a key member of our program delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that inspire personal growth and skill development in our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design & Preparation: Plan and structure programs around clear participant goals and learning outcomes; create engaging, inclusive sessions that combine theory with hands-on experiences; integrate digital tools to enhance learning
- Program Delivery: Deliver high-quality, motivating sessions that promote independence, confidence, and real-world skill development; foster a fun, safe, and collaborative learning environment
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor colleagues; share planning and vision, delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback; collaborate with other facilitators to deliver high-impact programs
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track participant progress using our systems; provide feedback to participants and families; evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as an Educator or teaching experience is essential
- Experience delivering group learning or capacity-building programs (ideally for people with disability or in education/community settings)
- Background in Education or experience as a Program Facilitator
- Strong digital and planning skills – confident using Google Workspace, Canva, and AI
- Ability to adapt content and communication to different learning styles
