The Role: Head of Sales
We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead our high-performing sales team. As Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a long-term sales strategy, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance-Driven Leadership: Lead the sales team with a focus on key metrics to ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
* Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability and continuous learning.
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Dashdot's broader business goals.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Requirements
* Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, in a B2C environment.
* Prior experience in high ticket sales and high volume.
* Experience leading in a start-up or scaling business, ideally having grown a company from $20m - $50m.
* Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools (Active Campaign preferred).
* Strong understanding of sales funnel management and process optimisation.
