Land Access and Property Specialist
- We are seeking a highly skilled Land Access and Property Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating land access and property-related agreements with landholders and their representatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- To prepare and deliver land access and property-related agreements that meet organisational requirements.
- To develop and influence land access strategies and plans that align with company goals.
- To lead contractual disputes and alternate dispute resolution processes.
- To manage contract governance and execution relating to land access agreements.
- To conduct due diligence across jurisdictions and provide advice on key legislative or contract issues and risks.
- To prepare land access agreement contract summaries, including key terms and obligations.
- To participate in internal project teams to ensure necessary input, approval, and communication of non-standard matters and obligations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strategic and tactical communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Free thinking, problem-solving, and solution-focused mindset, with superior facilitation and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to generation and development sites as required.
