We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People and Culture team at PCYC Queensland. In this role, you will build and sustain proactive, long-term talent and retention strategies. Your New Role

Reporting to the State Operations Manager - People and Performance, this role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for PCYC Queensland Club Operations. You will create strategic partnerships with schools, tertiary institutions, and community networks to develop inclusive talent pipelines. About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment centers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) is required. All employees must complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
