Job Description

The role requires a high degree of collaboration and team working, with a strong focus on IT capital planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating development of the annual IT business unit plan.
  • Engaging with other business units to capture and manage new demand items for IT.
  • Providing project management office support services for projects.
  • Using and recommending project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects.
  • Managing IT capital planning, including developing project portfolio estimates for the annual, 5-year, and 10-year cycle.
  • Maintaining details of forecast versus actual spend for monthly and end-of-year portfolio financial reporting.
  • Managing opex and capex project allocations to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Assisting project managers to track project spending and report on overall portfolio financial health.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information systems or a similar discipline, or equivalent work experience. They will also have high problem-solving capabilities, good stakeholder engagement, and the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
