Community Disability Support Worker

Job Description:

As a Community Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our customers, enabling them to live independently and holistically.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with medication compliance and dispensation
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities outside the home environment
Requirements:
  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant experience
  • At least one year of experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 years), CPR (12 months), & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
