Job Description:

The Industrial & Energy business provides maintenance, turnaround, shutdown and sustaining capital programs for industrial operations and power generation across Australia.

As a skilled craftsman working on various projects including minerals and metals, iron ore, petrochemical and refining, bulk materials handling, and processing, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation and repair of pipelines.

About Your New Role

  • Work a standard Monday to Friday schedule
  • 8-10 hour work days
  • Work located in Naval Base workshop and the Kwinana industrial area
  • Long term position available
  • Clean workshop environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate is required
  • Previous experience in a workshop setting is necessary
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets are preferred
  • A High Risk Work Licence (WP) is also preferred
  • An Industry White/Blue Card is necessary
  • Ability to read and interpret technical isometrics & drawings
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
  • Commitment to safety and performing duties with best practice to safety
  • Australian work visa rights
