Job Opportunity: Engineering Solutions Specialist">

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our West Australian Engineering Solutions team as an Engineering Solutions Specialist. This role plays a pivotal part in the Sales, Products and Operational teams, responsible for providing market intelligence, securing sales opportunities, and delivering product-specific technical expertise to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the local sales team to drive product awareness and technical product expertise to existing and new customers.
  • Developing key relationships with customers to develop a strong pipeline.
  • Promoting the Coates product range and capability as a major supplier of Dewatering, Water treatment, Pumping solutions and Shoring.
  • Leading our uncompromising Safety First culture throughout the organisation and understand this is a major part of our Value proposition to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Extensive product or sales experience.
  • Hire industry or Civil construction experience.
  • Proven success in prospecting for growth from existing and potential customers.
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Presentation skills with the ability to deliver product training to internal and external customers.
  • Analytical skills to identify product performance.
  • The drive and energy to maximise the impact of the broader sales and branch teams.
