Join CYOS Solutions as a Senior Linux System Administrator to support the installation, configuration and sustainment of Linux based ICT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leading the installation and configuration of Linux systems, using automation tools such as Puppet and Ansible, and maintaining reliability of ICT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the installation, configuration and sustainment of Linux based ICT infrastructure (physical and cloud based), including servers and/or network devices.
- Use automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible and others to prepare and replicate system builds.
- Maintain reliability of ICT infrastructure - this includes configuration automation, upgrading and patching, monitoring, along with utilising version control systems.
You will also be responsible for communicating with diverse stakeholder groups in technical and business process terms, maintaining technical documentation in accordance with industry standards, contributing to the preparation of software implementation procedures, and monitoring operational systems for usage and failure rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience with Apache NIFI and Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of application management software and tools.
Candidates must be willing to undergo ASD's Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) prior to commencement. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits and OpportunitiesThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop their skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of CYOS Solutions. In addition, they will receive a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus superannuation.
