The role of Property Administrator is a key position within our organisation, focusing on the delivery of asset performance and partnership development across our office building portfolio.

As a key team member, you will assist the Property Manager in realising the potential of the Office Building portfolio by delivering on the agreed strategy, maximising asset performance and building profound partnerships with tenants and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Property Manager in the collection of rent and management of arrears, supporting the Property Manager with recoverable expenses, interest charges, and critical date management, as well as assisting with the annual budget and ongoing forecasting. You will also be responsible for issuing annual budget statements and correspondence to tenants, working with the Property Manager regarding tenant correspondence, including option letters, rent review letters, market review letters, and assignment of lease, and contributing to and administering the weekly lease administration meeting and actions.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in the property industry, financial reporting and debtor control experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems with training. Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy Act and REBA Registered Sales Representative or Property Manager license would be highly desirable.
