Key Performance Reporting Specialist

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate and insightful performance reports. This will involve the development of automated dashboards, targeted analysis and scenario modelling to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for asset and operational KPIs.
  • Deliver strategic performance reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide insights to support asset planning, investment prioritisation and long-term value creation.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes.
  • Facilitate regular performance monitoring cadence within the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in performance analysis or asset management in the energy sector.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Familiarity with Maximo, OSIsoft PI, SCADA or similar systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly numerate with a strategic approach to decision-making.
